CLARITY FOR COMPLEX MINDS

ADHD & Neurodiverse
coaching.

Coaching for women, parents and families navigating ADHD, autism and complex neurology — grounded in clinical research, lived experience and the language of nervous-system regulation. Practical. Embodied. Real.

THE WORK

The thinking that the world reads as scattered is, more often, the thinking that sees too much at once.

This is coaching for the woman, the parent, the partner who has been called too much, too quiet, too sensitive, too late, too fast. We work where neuroscience, regulation and lived experience meet — not to fix you into something smaller, but to build a way of living that finally fits the mind you actually have.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Three kinds of complex

The work is built for the people most often left holding it alone. If you recognise yourself in any of these, you are in the right room.

i.

The high-functioning woman with a quietly exhausted nervous system.

You appear capable, often brilliant. You are also tired in a way that sleep does not fix. Late diagnosis, suspected ADHD, or simply a body that has been overriding itself for a long time. We build a way of working that respects how your mind actually moves.

ii.

The parent of a neurodivergent child — and often neurodivergent themselves.

You are translating between the world and your child every day. The work here is for you, not as a project to manage but as a person to support. Regulation, relational repair, language, and the long view.

iii.

The couple where neurodivergence has been there longer than the language for it.

You love each other and you are tired of the same fight. Coaching here helps you name what's neurology, what's pattern, and what's repairable — without making one of you the problem to be solved.

WORK WITH ME

Two doorways. One arc. The work that actually changes things.

The research is clear: ADHD coaching that holds — executive function, identity, emotional regulation, psychoeducation — gives its deepest, most lasting effect at twelve sessions. Six is the foundation. Twelve is the work that holds.

FUNDAMENT · SIX-SESSION ENTRY

The Fundament.

21 000 NOK

The first half of the work. Three months of psychoeducation, executive function and emotional regulation — the foundation a complex mind can actually stand on. At session six we renegotiate together whether to continue into the full arc.

  • Session 1 — 60 min, 3 500 NOK — chemistry, intake, direction. Withdraw freely after this point.
  • Sessions 2–6 — 5 × 90 min, 3 500 NOK each — the foundation work.
  • The Inner Compass notebook — included, delivered before session 2.
  • Message support between sessions.
  • At session 6: continue into the full arc, or close cleanly.

A QUIET STARTING PLACE

No free Discovery Call here — your time is yours and so is mine. Start instead with the free 12-minute self-assessment. It tells you what's actually moving in you right now, and tells me everything I need to know to meet you well in session one. The chemistry session that follows is yours to walk into without obligation.

THE NOTEBOOK

The Inner Compass.

A working notebook for a mind that moves in many directions at once.

Designed as the working companion of the ADHD arc — the place where the work between sessions actually lives. Half structure, half open page. Built so the prompts hold the rhythm while leaving room for the way your thinking actually arrives.

Linen cover, gold star, ribbon marker, 200 thread-bound pages. The kind of notebook a complex mind can actually use. Included with the Fundament and with the Full Arc, delivered to your door before session two.

BEGIN HERE

Bring the question you are already carrying.

Start with the free 12-minute self-assessment. It locates where you are right now, gives you a personal map you can keep, and means we arrive in session one already in the same room. If the arc isn't the right fit, you'll know — and you'll have a useful document either way.
