A six-month arc of descent, desire & return — walked in good company.
A live cohort for twelve women who are done doing it alone. Kick-off day in person. Six live group sessions across six months. Two private sessions with me. Closing day in person. The full Heroine's Quest gift set delivered before you begin. 35 000 NOK.
The Heroine's Quest began in 2018 — written, illustrated and shaped between Toini and the artist Sheena across three years of coaching practice, research and lived experience. The original release lived as a digital course. It was generous, alive, and unfinished in the way first work always is.
What you are looking at is the second life. Same essence. Tighter language. More grounded mythology. The work is now run as a live group cohort — twelve women, six months, walked together. The kind of room where what you've been carrying gets seen, named, and metabolised in real time.
Each woman receives the full Heroine's Quest gift set before the cohort begins — slipcased course workbook, the Inner Atelier notebook, welcome card, pen. The work moves through twenty-five chapters across two seasons. You don't walk it alone again.
The Quest moves the way the work actually moves: down before across, in before forward. Each module is its own workbook with reading, reflection and ritual.
The work of looking honestly at what you are carrying — the disconnect, the inherited patterns, the parts of the story that are no longer yours but still run.
The work of coming back with something — embodied desire, creative life, the discipline of receiving, the sovereignty of choosing again.
The working journal of the Quest.
A linen-bound notebook designed to be the place the Quest is actually lived — not just read. Half guided reflection, half open atelier. Built so the prompts hold structure while leaving room for your own intelligence to arrive between sessions.
200 thread-bound pages, ribbon marker, gold-foil star. Included with every cohort, delivered to your door before kick-off day. The kind of notebook a woman keeps long after the work is done.
Designed as a real arc — not a course you watch alone, not a retreat you forget, not a Zoom series that fades. The cadence is structured so the work lands in your life between sessions, and the kick-off and closing days in person give you the bookends most online programs are missing.
A full day together. We name what each woman is carrying into the Quest, lay the groundwork of the arc, and meet the room she'll be walking with for the next six months. Lunch, ritual, language, beginning.
One live group session each month, paced to give the work room to land between meetings. Each session takes one chapter of the Quest seriously — descent in the first half, return in the second.
One in the descent, one in the return. The private hours that catch what the group cannot — the personal thread you didn't say out loud, the corner that needs working alone.
The slipcased course workbook. The Inner Atelier notebook. The welcome card. The pen. Wrapped, sealed, sent before we begin so you arrive to Day 1 already holding it.
The room comes back together. We mark what's changed, what's been released, what's been claimed. The Quest does not end in a Zoom goodbye. It ends in a room with the eleven women who walked it with you.
A six-month arc you don't have to design. A small room of eleven other women who don't look away. A method already built. Two private hours with me when you need them most. A finished object on your shelf at the end — held in the same hands that held the women who walked it with you.
Apply for the next cohort below — short application, no fee. We'll be in touch within five days to schedule a Discovery Call and confirm fit before anyone commits. If the timing isn't right, you'll receive the first chapter free and a quiet note when the next cohort opens.
